Norwegian launches winter sun fares with the return of Puerto Rico flights from £159

Low-cost airline Norwegian is making sure the British public don’t miss the sun for too long, as the airline brings back the UK’s only direct flight to Puerto Rico next month. Europe’s third largest low-cost airline is making it affordable for Brits to enjoy a sunshine break in the US and Caribbean with fares available from £159 one-way. Norwegian has also made winter sun flights to Spain available from just £29.90.

From 2 November, Norwegian will resume its popular direct service to Puerto Rico, offering Brits the chance to experience the cheapest direct flights to the Caribbean. Twice weekly flights are available from London Gatwick to the island’s capital of San Juan on the airline’s brand new Boeing 787 Dreamliner, offering a Premium and economy cabin.

For holidaymakers searching for warmer climates in the U.S, Norwegian is continuing its flights to Orlando into the winter with a year round service and has added an additional weekly flight to Fort Lauderdale, making the Sunshine State even more accessible with fares from £159 one-way.

Globetrotters who are looking for a sunshine break closer to home, can head to Spain this winter. Fares will be available to the Canary Islands, Malaga and Alicante from the UK from just £29.90, operated by a fleet of brand new Boeing 737 aircraft with free Wi-Fi included for all passengers.

Puerto Rico is one of eight direct low-cost long-haul routes operated by Norwegian from London Gatwick. Norwegian also serves New York, Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Oakland-San Francisco and Las Vegas from 31 October.

Norwegian serves over 40 business and leisure winter destinations from London Gatwick, Manchester, Edinburgh and Birmingham. More than 969 000 seats are now available to book from the UK throughout winter.

Norwegian’s winter sun flights are available to book now for travel from 01 November 2016 to 30 April 2017.
